Roseanne has officially put her foot in her mouth yet again and her show has been cancelled because of it. The reboot of her show was a breakout hit but because of a racist tweet she sent out (its since been deleted) where amongst other things she referred to Valerie Jarrett as Roseanne put it “if Muslims and planet of the apes” had a child! I’m all for outspokenness but I can’t even defend Roseanne on that one. Co-star Sara Gilbert released a statement basically saying that all their hard work quickly went down the drain because of one person’s stupid statement that the rest of the cast doesn’t agree with. Producer and comedian Wanda Sykes immediately bailed after the tweet and not too long afterwards ABC pulled the plug on the show! #roseanne #tmz #valeriejarrett #thelibraloungewithkeisha
